Dragon Ball Fighter Z Roster Adds Future Trunks
A closed beta is also expected for the game, with more details coming soon.
We've gotten a look at many of the characters that will be coming to Dragon Ball Fighter Z, but it looks like fan-favorite Future Trunks will be making an appearance as well, according to Japanese magazine Jump.
A new spread reveals the purple-haired, alternate-timeline, half-Saiyan fighter joining Goku, Vegeta, Gohan and other Z fighters in the game (via a translation from Siliconera). We don't know anything about how he will play in the 3v3 fighter, but with the reveal, it is likely that Bandai Namco and developer Arc System Works might let a few more details out soon.
In addition, the article reveals that a closed beta is being planned, again with more info coming later.
Dragon Ball FighterZ is expected out on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in early 2018. Check out our E3 interview on the game below:

By far, mini-Trunks and Goten are only useful in any way as Gotenks and are otherwise obnoxious little brats.

Well they stated at E3 they had 6 fighters available only because those 6 were the easiest to pickup and play. This may mean Trunks plays quite a bit differently with the sword.

Does he bring back the Instant Transmission? Nah I think that was Goku to fight Cell in the arena.
FuTrunks brought some skill back IIRC. Oh says Burning Attack is his signature, and Heat Dome his Ultimate, but Change The Future was probably what I was thinking of.
