Be careful, I guess. This is purely anecdotal but my god son travelled there as a teenager and the infrastructure was in shambles.
At the end of it he went to hang clothing on what he thought was a clothing line but was actually a live exposed electrical wire attached to the apartment, he got electrocuted, had both arms amputated, and eventually died there :(

16 wtfsTook my kid to a post-op checkup for his knee. After we checked in, a doctor came up to the check-in desk, no mask, loudly proclaiming how masks don't help. In fact, they are harmful! It makes you 70% more susceptible to the virus because you're breathing the concentrated virus!
I immediately canceled our appointment and went to find the site manager. As I'm waiting, I watch this doctor come out and greet no less than 6 patients, still no mask. He's the only maskless asshole in the place. Dude has come into contact with 6 people in the 20 minutes I'm watching him.
I ended up talking to the CEO of the orthopedics group. He was not happy.
That's the whole story. I probably won't get any closure. But I'm not gonna go back if that dickweed is still there, I can tell you that.
