I have some very unfortunate and terrible news to share: My husband, abrasion, took his own life on August 25, 2024.

Many of you know him as this sarcastic, strongly opinionated, asshole-y Shacker. I know he's ruffled a few feathers, alienated people because of disagreements, and even said many controversial things. But I'm here to share with you all, the man I knew and will always love. Here's our story:

Reading the quote you have here, I don't think there's anything fundamentally evil about it. And I certainly wouldn't call it fascist rhetoric. I think having kids can be an experience that teaches people some basic humility, and certainly allows you to relate to other people's families in a different way. And yes, "skin in the game" matters.

I'm sure he's an asshole, but just not from this quote alone.
