Today I did my second 100 mile ride ever. Gotta say, much better with friends. Last time was solo supported in June of 2020 when everything was closed.
Ended up sub 7 hours for the 100 miles. 107 in total and 5200 feet of climbing. We had some interesting issues, including a downed power line on the main road that cut off our lunch spot in an area devoid of good food options but we got it done.
My legs felt great when I got off the bike and now are lead.
