32 unfsIn case anyone was wondering from my last post two weeks ago..I did it, I moved to Puerto Rico! We took a few days to look around and said screw it, let’s go on an adventure and closed on a 3BR condo right on the ocean inside this Ritz-Carlton managed community. It’s insanely beautiful and private, yet all my neighbors might as well be shackers. They’re all like 30-40 and have one successful business under their belt and most are working on #2 but wanted to chill out a little and have fun down here. So for us good mix of everything works, everyone is social, and a good landing pad into PR.
Didn’t screw around - made an offer and closed in 38 hours, then went straight to the DMV to get a PR driver’s license, then went up to nyc and got all my things and agreed with my landlord to terminate my lease up there 3 days later. Didn’t want go back north and feel any regret and waste time.

This all went down about 7-10 days ago so been too busy w little logistics to post but we are pumped. Can’t wait to get the helicopter down there so I can pop over to USVI and have a little Caribbean shackmeet :) -
