151 lolsGuys I just had the most intense argument with my wife in the 15+ years we've been together.
She's trying to tell me that a person standing on an escalator is not moving. It's the escalator that's moving, not the person.
"Yes, but the escalator is causing the person to move. It's moving the person from one floor to another. The person is in motion." Nope, nothing.
"Ok, so what about when you're driving your car. You're moving at 65 MPH, right?"
"No, the car is moving 65 MPH"
"But you're IN the car, so you're also moving 65 MPH"
"Yeah, but you're not moving, you're sitting still"
At this point I screamed in her face "ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS RIGHT NOW WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOUR BRAIN" and she started crying and now we're not talking.
