So proud of this little guy. He won 2 of his 4 events today, 100m freestyle and 50m backstroke! More impressive is that he turned 9 like a week ago so, per the rules, they had to bump him into the next age bracket of competition even though this was championship meet and he’d been competing in the 7-8 bracket all season. So he was youngest in his group and the races are doubled in distance.
