Yesterday was my 53rd birthday. Tommy had chemo. Mary and I went out to dinner together to get out of the house. Tommy texts us while we're gone that he fell down the basement stairs (again) and this time chipped half one of his front teeth off and was banged up pretty good. Not a great day.

The first game my 2.5 year old has watched me play is Astro Bot. She calls it “tiny rodots.” When i pointed out that the robots were being stored inside of the controller, she tried to pry open the white touch pad button and wouldn’t stop despite me ensuring her that it didn’t actually open.

She is able to run around and jump while running, which is very impressive to me, but she gets frustrated after awhile and just wants to watch me play. I can’t wait until she’s actually able to fully play games with me.

The terrible eatee

I had to have a raccoon euthanized by animal control today and I feel pretty bad about it.

I tried to find a place to take him in but they wanted me to get him in a box and drive him there. I feel bad that I didn’t do enough for him. I think he was hit by a car, or something like that, based on the gash on his head.

Rip in peace poor wild buddy I never knew ❤️
