After many months of experimentation, i found that tp roll direction should be pulled from under the roll. I've always been a rule follower with the "over" tp roll but in the last few months ive started using under rolling and it's just so much smoother!! 100% recommend you giving it a try.

They let everyone in the Albuquerque office except for 1 person go this morning... after a "meet and greet" with the new GM. Bought us breakfast, feigned interest in learning a bit about us, then let us go. lol
