how i found her

she was with her mom (one of the reasons I did not talk to her at the show), her mom was texting, I happened to look down at her phone, saw the name of a friend she was texting with, looked up the friend's name on facebook, checked friends list, found mom's profile, then found the girl..its easy you guys

Stopped by police in the parking lot of Shacknews HQ just now. They blocked my car in the lot. “Just wanted to make sure I was the business owner.” They didn’t beat my ass. So that is a plus.

The victim was 12. 12yo girls can be hot, they certainly aren't "kids".

Middle child fell at school today.

School did not call us.

Wife went to help with pizza lunch, happened to be there, and saw our daughter quiet in the corner holding a tissue against her face.

Two front teeth smashed, dangling from her mouth, visible blood. Took her to the dentist, had the two front teeth removed asap. She had been sitting like that for a few hours at school.

Fucking negligence, they thought she was fine, christ.

Big office meeting today. 12 of us cramped into the conference room. Big boss talking about how we’re losing two of our major staff members (law firm) and how we need to pull together and tighten up and how we need to step up our collections and be more like our “Indian Jew over here” (pointing to me as an effort to compliment me on my ability to collect on our legal bills)

Not missing a beat during the awkward pause that followed, the second in command follows up with “but can he be bothered to get of his damn phone during this meeting”

My follow up was me giving her a death stare followed by me slowly raising my empty hands (big boss was sitting next to me and saw my empty lap) and saying “wrong about the phone and not really sure about how the bigoted comment helps the meeting, but let’s continue with pulling together”

So my day was great.

he's had a long history of doing retarded shit, being in trouble with the law and just being a grade A asshole to everyone around him. been kicked out every school he's ever been in, including a military academy. been in prison and rehab a couple times each. stolen all kinds of shit from the family, including borrowing my step-moms (his mom) car and trading it to somebody that night for who knows what.

they let him live in a trailer on the farm and he's just useless. He'll go out and party and goof around and shit but can never help with any of the work, even just driving a tractor for a bit, because his gout is acting up or his fat ass can barely breathe because of this or that. just excuse after excuse for any type of responsibility. but his mom and grandmother always stick up for him and do everything for him whenever possible.

he never for one second considers the consequences of his actions and just does whatever he wants.

the new thing he's done just blows my mind though. he was over at my dad and step moms house with his dog(dachshund) and his dog started eating my dads dogs(Aussie cattle dog) food which is definitely knows is a bad thing to do. so of course the dogs get into it over this. What is his reaction? he goes out to the car, gets a .22 pistol he has in there, walks back inside and shoots my dads dog in the head.

luckily it wasnt fatal and the vet was able to save the dog but not sure what the long term effects will be. my dad was trying to call the cops on his ass but his mom and grandmother of course stepped in because he's a felon and had a firearm and it would ensure he would be back in prison. theyve talked to him and of course he he says that he's sorry and insist he would die in prison if he has to go back.

I'm all "welp, he should have thought about that before shooting the dog of the person who makes sure you have a free place to live"
