    It's videos like this that make me wish the NTSB had any cahones at all and could regulate these assholes into the ground.

    Also, how does anybody working on this shit sleep at night? I see zero evidence of proper engineering redundancies and ethics. Are all Tesla employees just a bunch of clueless tech bros instead of actually licensed engineers? Jesus.

    One title sticks out on that list… NMS has no DLC, and it was never resold as another edition. They just name their patches, which are significant. The game today has evolved and expanded, and it will keep doing so.

    I still do Stronglifts 5x5 because it's easy and feels good. My only complaint is it results in a slightly huskier body type than I would prefer. But those foundational body movements are so good! I should probably just let myself plateau at medium weights and then mix a bunch of running or biking in there to prevent too much bulking, lol.

    Stronglifts and Starting Strength are the gold standards for barbell training. You literally cannot go wrong with either as a total beginner, or someone that just wants to keep what they have.
