Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War III gets new cinematics showcase trailer on races
It's tough being a hero in a galactic war.
Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War III got a great announcement trailer back in May, and an impressive reveal at E3. Fans have eagerly been lapping up as much infomation as they can, given the popular RTS series won't be coming out until some time next year. Sega and Relic have decided to sate the hungry with a new video focusing on the various factions and cinematics in the game.
Game Director Phillip Boulle and Art Director Matt Kuzminski star in the six-minute video, focusing on how the factions tie together and what place a hero plays in the galactic story that has played out for thousands of years. "We're telling a story about characters, not entire armies," Boulle said. "It's an incredibily challenging yet rewarding thing to dig into, especially with a strategy game."
Check out the video while you anxiously await Sega to offer a firm release date for next year. Sega bought developer Relic at a bankruptcy auction in early 2013 when publisher THQ folded.

This is very near the top of my "most anticipated" list right now. The Dawn of War games have been some of my favorites of the last 10+ years. I'm so damn excited about finally getting a third one, with the extra bonus that it seems to be swinging back towards the playstyle of the first game which I loved. BRING IT ON!! FOR THE EMPEROR!
