Final Fantasy 15 Sells 5 Million Copies In Two Days
Not surprising for such a great game.
Square Enix Japan issued a press release concerning the first two days of sales for the latest title in its much-loved Final Fantasy series. Final Fantasy 15 is doing extraordinarily well, selling five million copies in the two days since its November 29 release.
Famitsu also reports that Final Fantasy 15 now holds the record for most download sales of a title on the first day of release. The game has also broken the record for highest total number of package shipment and download sales on the first day of release in the Asian region (excluding Japan).
Square Enix's future goals will be to continue efforts to bring even more enjoyment to those who purchased Final Fantasy 15 by developing downloadable content and other related works. I congratulate Square Enix on an incredible product. I've been reviewing Final Fantasy 15, and it's been a complete joy so far.
