Shack's Arcade Corner: F-Zero AX

Show us your moves, Greg!

We take a look at F-Zero AX, Nintendo's futuristic racing cult classic, on this week's Shack's Arcade Corner. The arcade cabinet saw limited release here in the United States, but it was a delightful experience for those who got a chance to play it. It had interoperability with its Gamecube sibling, F-Zero GX, and featured a seat that heightened player immersion. We can only hope that we will see another new F-Zero some day. Captain Falcon has appeared in Smash Bros., Mario Kart, but we haven't seen a proper F-Zero game released since the days of GX and AX.

I'm kinda surprised that Nintendo hasn't released a console F-Zero since the Gamecube.
