Amazon has teased an upcoming unveiling of its first game to be produced by its Amazon Game Studios, which it will be unveiled during TwitchCon next week.

Breakaway is Amazon Game Studios’ first AAA game and will be unveiled during its Unboxing Event on September 29 during TwitchCon. Based on its teaser Twitter account, it appears Breakaway may be a free-to-play team-based combat game, similar to the likes of Smite, or to some degree, Overwatch.

Breakaway won’t be the only game Amazon is expected to “unbox” during its event as it plans on introducing the Amazon Game Studios while also offering a glimpse at some of the games its working on. The event will also give those in attendance an opportunity to get their hands on Breakaway, making this the first time the public has played the game.
