Free Halo 5 patch will add new boss, vehicle
Fly a Wasp and battle and Grunt Goblin in Halo 5's next update.
343 Industries will include a boss character and a new vehicle in the forthcoming Warzone Firefight update (via VG247).
Your new foe, the Grunt Goblin, is a mech that can be featured as a boss on Legendary or Mythic difficulty. Grunt Goblin packs a double-barreled Needler that wreaks havoc on vehicles and unleashes a torrent of needles that seek out eight players at once. You can't hijack it, but you can shoot its backpack from afar to disable its capabilities.
Don't get too close, though; Grunt Goblin has EMP blasts and melee attacks designed to make short work of players whose boldness overpowers their caution.
Meanwhile, the Wasp as an aerial vehicle that boasts vertical take-off and landing. True to its namesake, the Wasp is able to dart in and out of range to deliver strikes and speed out of harm's way.
