Mass Effect Andromeda will now set off to brave new worlds in early 2017
BioWare promises more freedom, new uncharted worlds, and the promise of the next great Mass Effect experience.
Electronic Arts and BioWare have announced Mass Effect Andromeda will be releasing in early 2017.
In an update published on Mass Effect’s official website, BioWare general manager Aaryn Flynn reveals while the studio feels it’s taking the game in the right direction, it needs the right amount of time to ensure it delivers everything it’s planning to include in the upcoming RPG. “Because of that, Mass Effect: Andromeda will now ship in early 2017,” Flynn writes.
In addition to the new release date, today’s update reveals players can experience more freedom in Mass Effect Andromeda, will feature new uncharted worlds, and promises to offer the “next great Mass Effect experience.” BioWare plans on doing that by making it the first game in the series built on the Frostbite engine, while also delivering visuals, story, and gameplay that haven’t previously been done in the franchise’s history.
Mass Effect Andromeda is now scheduled to release in early 2017 on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.

I really enjoyed it when it was released back in 2002.
