Overwatch beta extended by a day to May 10
Blizzard wants to say thank you for all the feedback
The Overwatch open beta started on Thursday and apparently has generated so much feedback that Blizzard is saying thank you to fans by extending the beta an extra day.
In a post to fans on the forums, the Overwatch team said "Over the last week, we've also had the opportunity to listen to your thoughts and opinions on the game; make improvements based on your reports in these very forums; and collect invaluable data just from you playing normally. We couldn't be more grateful. So, as a small way of saying "thank you" to our community and the millions of players who've logged in so far, we will be extending the Open Beta by 1 day on all platforms. This means the beta will now conclude on May 10 at 10:00 a.m. PDT in all regions."
That's an extra 24 hours of Overwatch folks. Enjoy the time so you can make your final decision on whether you will get the game when it is released on May 24, since this is the game you will be getting at launch. The game will be released on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
And be sure to check out our open beta guides to help you.

I've had bad experiences in BB
The story missions are incredibly boring. My win rate in solo queue pvp is 35% and I have no idea why Im losing so much. In other MOBAS I can realize how/when Im underperforming but in this game, it's much more difficult to read. Add in a godawful matchmaking system (level 10 put up against a team of 30+?) and a grind-heavy loot system that heavily influences a heroes capabilities and you have the perfect recipe for neckbeard try-hard stew.-
Also why are loot crate tiers level locked? Why are the different faction specific loot crates level locked so that I need to be a much higher level to buy XX faction specific gear than YY faction gear?
Those seem like awful decisions and I can't quite see the idea behind making the choices they did.

I think the fact I get a match in 10 seconds or less bodes very well for the game; there's lots of people playing. I'm not sure why they don't just run the beta up until close to release, and then shut it down to do what they need to do before going live. Wonder if there's a bunch of updates in the pipeline.

Try running it in windowed borderless fullscreen, the game ran like crap on my pc but got constant capped 60-70fps (weird) with it enabled.
Or you can try to turn off vsync in fullscreen, nearly all Blizzard games have problems with vsync and intel speedstep.
And yea that can cause indirect rubberbanding.
If that doesnt work, try updating all drivers, first Ethernet drivers, then if it doesnt work GPU, and if that doesnt help either, update sound drivers. and then if none of those fixes it try entering the bios, back up all your settings, via photos and if it has it use an option in the bios to save settings to a text file inside an usb memory stick, and then update the bios and reapply the config you had.
