Cyberpunk anime-inspired Ruiner runs amok later this year
The Ruiner will 'RUIN' Heaven and its hold on society later this year.
Reikon Games and Devolver Digital have announced a brutal cyberpunk action shoot called Ruiner.
Ruiner is set in the year 2091 in the cyber metropolis of Rengkok where a psychopath has had enough with the corrupt system, and sets out to save his kidnapped brother while under the guidance of a secret hacker friend.
The player’s reflexes will be tested as they take aim to take on Heaven, a large corporation comprised of virtuality dealers that just so happens to also be behind the entertainment networks that have brought real sensations. The protagonist will use a wide variety of weaponry and gadgets that will be combined with fluid movement and tactical strikes.
Ruiner is scheduled to release later this year on PC, Mac, and Linux.
