Those looking to bring their Career mode scores to the Rock Band 4 leaderboards will finally be able to do so with tomorrow's free update.

Even in the face of bad financial news with publisher Mad Catz, Harmonix is not stopping the rock. The next monthly update for Rock Band 4 is set to deploy tomorrow without any delay, but in terms of features, it doesn't seem to offer a whole lot this time around. But it does have something that will make Career mode players happy.

Starting with the March update, Career Mode scores will now upload to the Rock Band 4 leaderboards. That means users can make some headway in their band's path to greatness, while also showing the world what they're capable of at the same time. The update will toss in a few new cosmetic items and some stability updates.

The March update means the Rock Band 4 DLC train will take a break for a week, but there are still more new DLC tracks on the way. Rock Band 4 owners can look forward to tracks from 5 Seconds of Summer, Carrie Underwood, The Cranberries, Fall Out Boy, Luke Bryan, Neon Trees, One Direction, and Sam Hunt over the next month, starting on March 8.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
