Blizzard Entertainment has announced it will be bringing the Closed Beta of Overwatch back in February.

The Overwatch Closed Beta was brought offline last month in order to address player feedback, adjust the balance of the game, and work on some core features, like progression. It originally planned to bring the beta back in the middle of January, but it will instead take a few extra weeks in order to make sure it can include a new game mode in addition to Point Capture and Payload. The extra time will also be used to put some additional polish to both the progression and reward system.

As of now, Blizzard plans on launching the Closed Beta in mid-February and doesn’t intend to allow it to slip into the following month.
