System Shock 3 leaks ahead of official reveal
We were supposed to hear about System Shock 3 in a few days, but it looks like someone pulled the trigger a little too quickly.
Otherside Entertainment has launched a website with a countdown clock that’s set to reveal its upcoming project, although eagle-eyed fans have figured out we’ll soon be learning about System Shock 3.
As of this writing, the timer is set for five days from now. Once the timer reaches its end, Otherside will reveal the game they’re currently teasing. The website shows two S’s, although the page that’s supposed to unveil System Shock 3 was prematurely set live.
It’s been over a decade since System Shock 2 was released on the PC, so to hear a new entry in the iconic cyberpunk-shooter series is in development will make many fans really happy. Best of all, Otherside Entertainment is comprised of several members of System Shock’s original development team, Looking Glass, which means we should expect an authentic sequel in the coming months.
Even though it was 1999 when System Shock 2 was released, the original System Shock recently received an enhanced edition back in September. Hopefully its sequel will also receive an enhanced edition so those looking forward to System Shock 3 can experience the original games on their current PCs.

Look, even though I read somewhere that the ending of SS2 was some-kind of mistake (I think that's bullshit).
I'm glad they are continuing the series and they really should continue right from where they left off.
I'm on board. I miss SHODAN a - lot.
There hasn't been an antagonist quite like her forever. -
