EA has announced Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 will launch on February 23, 2016.

Those who pre-order PvZGW 2 will be given access to the Grass Effect Z7-Mech as soon as they start playing the game. The Z7-Mech was inspired by BioWare’s Mass Effect franchise and features a melee Zomni-tool, kinetic padding, and the Pull biotic ability, which helps quickly close the gap between it and its plant adversaries.

In addition to the Z7-Mech, pre-orders will be given access to an emoji pack that contains 14 new emoji-style accessories that can be used to customize each character class.

PvZGW 2 is a first time for the iconic series as players will go on the offensive as the plants in all-new modes, including the 24-player Herbal Assault mode and the 4-play co-op zombie mode, Graveyard Ops. The game will feature 12 new multiplayer maps to fight across, six new character classes, and over one hundred unique characters to collect.
