Far Cry Primal debut trailer released; coming Feb. 2016
Far Cry Primal's debut trailer has been released as well as its release date.
We learned about Far Cry Primal yesterday due to a leak of the game, but today, Ubisoft has confirmed the game by not only releasing its first official trailer, but also confirming it will be released on February 23, 2016.
The reveal trailer shows Far Cry Primal will indeed be set in the prehistoric age as we can see primitive humans hunting a wooly mammoth, when they’re suddenly attacked by a saber-toothed tiger. The end of the trailer shows what appears to be an opposing tribe attacking the protagonist.
Where exactly in the world Far Cry Primal takes place is unknown at this time since the trailer shows lush forests as well as snowcapped mountains. We're sure Ubisoft will reveal more about the game in the coming weeks, but for now, enjoy its official trailer below.

Keep in mind that Ubisoft always goes over their Far Cry screens with an airbrush. Far Cry 4 at 1440p on Ultra still doesn't look quite as good as the official screenshots

LOL you know when I first saw the footage that is exactly what I thought :)
I wished they start in a Dino era but the only problem with that it be not realistic hey, shame :( I freaking loved the last Jurassic Park.
Who knows maybe they are in there I hope so, still really cool though.

Very cool. This is a great direction for the series to take from a creative perspective.
Not sure about sales, though, people really like their guns.-

Well it's 12,000 years ago, maybe you run into some advanced tribes who are already practicing agriculture and have more advanced weapons. Or maybe you can take ayahuasca and summon help from the spirit world.

I'm guessing it's a new game altogether. They had box art shown for the PS4 and Xbox One versions at the end of the trailer.
