Vega claws his way into Street Fighter 5
It's just not a Street Fighter party unless Bison brings along his Shadaloo cronies and it looks like Vega will be the first of those to make the jump into Street Fighter V.
Capcom has previously revealed that M. Bison would continue his reign of terror in the upcoming Street Fighter V, but it wouldn't be a party unless he brought his Shadaloo partners along with him. The first one has been revealed, in the form of the narcissistic Vega.
Vega brings back his claw-based attacks, as well has his abilities to leap off the side of the screen and suplex his opponent at will. There's a twist this time, though. Vega can toggle to a fighting stance that does not use his trademark claw, which gives him access to new command grabs. His V-Skill will honor his Spanish heritage, as the Matador Turn will sidestep any incoming attack, leaving a window for a counter. His V-Trigger is the Bloody Kiss, which targets his opponent with a rose before he charges forward right behind it.
Vega's return should generate some much-needed excitement into Street Fighter V in the wake of the disastrous beta from a few weeks ago that had to be postponed. Capcom has pledged that, one way or another, there will still be three betas, though a new beta date has yet to be announced.

Some more info:
"Vega is still quick on his feet (and in the air), but this time has access to two different fighting styles: claw and no-claw.
When in the no-claw style, Vega is given the ability to perform command throws and obtains some new attack properties. It should be noted that once Vega gets his claw knocked off from taking damage, he can no longer pick it up. Learning how to fight with the no-claw style will be very important for Vega players in SF5.
His V-Trigger, Bloody Kiss, allows him to throw a speeding rose at his opponent and follow quickly behind it to land a series of powerful attacks. Vega's V-Skill, Matador Turn, on the other hand, allows him to dodge an opponent's incoming attack and choose whether or not to counterattack with a strike that knocks them down. "
