San Diego Comic-Con would have been an ideal place to unveil the first Warcraft movie trailer. Unfortunately, that does not look to be in the cards.

In the wake of the Warcraft movie's first posters (below) making their way online, director Duncan Jones noted that the first official trailer would debut in November.

A quick glimpse at the upcoming movie docket sees both The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 and the James Bond movie Spectre set to release in November, which should offer at least some vague idea of where the trailer might drop. It's a long wait until then, so in the meantime, Jones took questions about the movie from the press during San Diego Comic-Con yesterday. Check out the full video, which sees Jones take questions about the movie's plot, orcs, and more, below.

The Warcraft movie is scheduled to release in 2016.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
