In Take-Two’s earnings report for the year ending March 31, 2015, the company announced two upcoming titles for this current year.

WWE 2K16 was given a firm release date of October 27, 2015 and the list also included NBA 2K16, to be released this fall. WWE 2K16 will be available for current gen and last gen consoles: PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. Platforms were not yet announced for NBA 2K16.

NBA 2K15 was a hit in the NPDs, despite some persistent bugs and server problems. It also sported a face-scanning option for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, which looked great until people saw how it had a tendency to create horrific monsters.
