Months after Capcom teased the reveal of a new character for Street Fighter 5, the developer has finally announced Charlie Nash will be returning as a fighter in the upcoming game.

As you can see from images and from the video that features him, Charlie’s appearance may not be what we all remember the last time we saw him in Street Fighter Alpha 2. After the events of SFA2, he was presumed dead, but as you can see, his story is far from over.

In addition to the reveal of Charlie Nash, Capcom has announced they will be launching an online beta program for both PC and PlayStation 4 versions of Street Fighter 5. North American customers who want to get in on the beta will just need to pre-order the game in order to automatically enrolled in the beta program.
