Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate 3DS XL Bundle on The Way; New Features and a Demo
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will be the first game to be bundled with the new 3DS XL, with a stylized look, and gameplay feature updates that makes use of the new hardware.
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will be bundled with the new 3DS XL, available exclusively through GameStop, on February 13th. It a design that gives it a brushed-steel look and a Monster Hunter logo on it. The game itself has added C Stick functionality so that players will have more precise camera control during combat. Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will also take advantage of the new face tracking technology in an unspecified way.
In Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, players arm themselves with gear, use powerful weapons, and must master different attack strategies to hunt down dangerous creatures. The game supports 4-player online multiplayer, and an exlusive demo will soon become available on the Nintendo eShop.

I think I remember how to do it from Alundra. You need to pick an item up from the counter and throw it at the cashier. Just don't try to walk out with it without paying or they'll threaten to cut off your hands.
