Alien: Isolation goes gold, creeps us out with new trailer
The Creative Assembly and Sega have announced that Alien: Isolation has gone gold, and introduces a series of new vignettes that asks the simple question, "Can you survive?!" (By the way, the answer is no.)
In space, no one can hear you scream. And you can bet we'll all be screaming in just a few weeks when Alien: Isolation arrives.
Sega has announced that the game from The Creative Assembly has gone gold, and will meet its October 7th release date. In addition, the company has released a new trailer for the game, with the emphasis on the theme, "How will you survive?"
The Creative Assembly believes it'll be a great new trending topic when the game arrives. "#HOWWILLYOUSURVIVE is a series of short trailers running through to release," it said in a statement, "showcasing many of the unique ways that players will discover that surviving the creature, and the world of Sevastopol, means learning a whole new set of skills.
"In Alien: Isolation, the creature is hunting you. If it hears you, it will track down the source of the noise. If it see you, it will pursue at speed; tackling it head-on is not for the faint-hearted. It's ruthless, relentless and unstoppable. Which makes us ask, #howwillyousurvive?"
We'll see just how well we survive next month.
