As part of today's Sony press conference for Gamescom, the company revealed the first gameplay from From Software's forthcoming action game Bloodborne. And, as you might expect, it's incredibly brutal, just like the company's Dark Souls games.

Though the gameplay is a little more brief than we would've preferred, it gives you an idea of what to expect in terms of action, as you'll avoid incoming attacks and pound enemies with your weapon-in-hand. With some, however, you'll need to develop another strategy, as they're a lot bigger and tougher to bring down. You can check out the action in the video below.
