Wii U Zelda slated for 2015
During Nintendo’s E3 conference today, series producer Eiji Aonuma introduced a new Zelda game slated for 2015. Though a title hasn’t been given, his description gave more details on how we can expect the series to evolve.

In a lengthy video, Aonuma explained how the 3D transition gave the developers less flexibility to explore the world and break through boundaries. He said he wants to let players decide where they want to go and figure out how to get there. This will break the tightly-sequenced play in past Zelda games, which Aonuma also attempted to address with the item purchasing in A Link Between Worlds.
The presentation closed by showing Link running from a massive beast, and then firing at it with his arrows.

Okay this could actually be good. I loved the 2D Zelda's and didn't really play one again until Twilight Princess, which I ultimately didn't like. I played Ocarina on 3DS but it never grabbed me (felt dated) and I played most of Wind Waker until the puzzles got headachey.
What I have always wanted is "The Legend of Zelda", in 3D. There's an entire generation (or two?) that only know the Ocarina model, which I don't want.
If this new game is the original Zelda, in 3D, I will be seriously fucking happy. -
