Thanks to the Kinect camera, Xbox owners have access to a huge library of fitness services. Xbox One even includes free access to Xbox Fitness--a subscription service that lets you exercise alongside some of the most popular fitness videos. Unfortunately, PlayStation consoles haven't had much to offer as competition, likely making Sony fans frail and puny in comparison to their muscular, chiseled Xbox-playing counterparts. Well, no more! PS3 finally has its own fitness video service, meaning Sony fans can start juicing on some creatine shakes and start jazzercizing like the rest of us. The new DailyBurn app on PS3 gives access to the third-party subscription service. For $10/month, the app will offer non-interactive video workouts that are "led by world-class trainers." Workouts range from 15 minutes to an hour, and include dance, yoga, strength training, and more. A 30 day trial is available through the official DailyBurn website. While it won't provide the same feedback that Xbox Fitness does, it's currently the only option available for PlayStation owners. You can download the app on the PlayStation Store.
