Microsoft has lifted the fee to use group video calling on its Skype service. The change means you can now host a chat across PC, Mac, and Xbox One without paying the previous $4.99 per month charge.
GameSpot reports that the group calls allow up to 10 people at once, and Microsoft plans to support more platforms in the future, including iPad. The Premium Skype service page has been altered to reflect the change as well.
