H1N1 is Sony Online Entertainment's ambitious zombie-themed MMO. Coming to Steam Early Access in the next few weeks for $20, the developer recently showcased the game in action for the first time.

Game designer Jimmy Whisenhunt and technical director Tom Schenck appeared on the game's Twitch channel to walk players through its crafting, day and night cycles, and combat (via Polygon). It's looking a bit rough, but it's also incredibly early. You can judge for yourself here:
