Warface gets two new game modes on PC
Warface has deployed a new update on PC that adds a new co-op mode called Tower Raid and a new versus mode called Capture.
With a title like Warface, you'd expect Crytek's multiplayer FPS to be all about obliterating your enemies and obliterating them in the face. But a new PC update shows that this game is about more than just killing other players in the face. There are, in fact, other objectives.
The free-to-play Warface received two new game modes this week. Comrades can band together for the new co-op Tower Raid mode, which pits friends against the AI in an effort to overtake a heavily-guarded tower. Meanwhile, Capture mode brings some capture-the-flag to the competitive proceedings, only instead of a flag, you're capturing a nuclear warhead.
The new Warface update is live and you can check out the full list of patch notes here. (via Joystiq)

last 3 times I tried this, it was a very sad and bland F2P FPS mess, on par with any F2P FPS jokes available on Steam. It does not look visually appealing and the "REPLAY!" in the tower trailer just blatantly shows that they only have a single map right now >_>
there's a reason you don't constantly see big news about this product.
