JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle getting retail version, Arcade mode
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle is getting an Arcade mode in the western release, and Namco Bandai has announced a limited run physical edition to be offered through its own site and Amazon.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle is primarily coming as a digital version on PlayStation Network for PS3, but Namco Bandai has announced a limited run of physical copies as well. The announcement was accompanied by word of a new Arcade mode, not found in the previous Japanese release and produced just for us westerners.
Arcade mode works as you might expect, pitting you against a series of eight AI-controlled opponents. The Arcade Mode icon will also randomly switch to Harvest mode if you're connected online, which will let you earn more gold for completing your matches. Namco Bandai says the retail edition will be available exclusively on Amazon and ClubNamco.
