The upcoming RoboCop reboot won't hit theaters until February, but the official tie-in game is already available for iOS devices. As is expected of mobile games nowadays, it's free-to-play.

RoboCop: The Official Game comes from Glu Mobile will have you taking cover and shooting enemies, saving humans, and using drones. Being a free-to-play game, there's all sorts of upgrades you'll be able to buy too, of course.

Oddly, Kotaku calls it "a slightly more action-oriented take" on Deer Hunter.

You can pick it up now on the App Store. Google gamers will be able to pick up an Android version on January 15.

oh look... energy timers and 3 forms of currency! too bad, it's pretty good. similar to the iOS Mass Effect game. Better off getting Epoch or Epoch 2 instead.

The most useless movie remake ever done gets a shitty f2p game for mobile phones.

Now there's a headline I would've loved to see in Shack and elsewhere.
