Free-to-play Ace Combat and Soulcalibur games delayed to 2014
Namco Bandai has made delays official for Ace Combat Infinity and Soul Calibur Lost Swords, following beta testing phases for both in Japan.
We're rapidly approaching the end of 2013, which means it's time for publishers to officially recognize what we already assumed: some games are getting delayed. Namco Bandai has announced that their upcoming free-to-play PS3 games, Ace Combat Infinity and Soulcalibur: Lost Swords, have been pushed into 2014.
Gematsu (via Joystiq) reports that the official explanation for the Ace Combat delay is to provide a "better" finished product. This comes just after beta testing for both games in Japan. Ace Combat Infinity's beta actually just ended yesterday, so the delays could have something to do with addressing feedback.

I have no idea, I wish we could. It seems like its having some problems in Japan, the November beta got shutdown early from what I've read, and the December one which was supposed to be worldwide was restricted to Japan again. I haven't been able to find any information out of this last beta which ended yesterday.
I just want a real Ace Combat I can play on my PS3 :(
