Amnesia creator teases sci-fi scares in Soma
Frictional Games may have helped out on spooky sequel Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs but thechineseroom did the bulk of development, so what has the series' creator been up to these past few years? Today it released a live-action trailer teasing its next project, which appears to be an unsettling and unpleasant sci-fi game named Soma. And it'll be on some manner of PlayStation.

Frictional hasn't even technically announced the name (though it's clearly Soma), let alone a release date or platforms, but the fact that the PlayStation Europe Twitter links to it suggests it'll be on a PlayThing. PS4, I'd wager. That doesn't necessarily preclude a PC release, so don't get your knickers in a twist just yet.
The official website explains the live-action teaser as someone examining a mysterious machine discovered in a salvage mission, which has been kept under quarantine after strange schematics and instructions were discovered on it. It all feels a bit like an SCP Foundation discovery.
