FIFA's Ultimate Team mode has been massively popular, generating incredible wealth for EA Sports. And, Microsoft has managed to snag exclusive content for Xbox consoles with FIFA 14. "Legends" such as Pele’, Patrick Viera, Freddie Ljungberg, Ruud Gullit, and Gary Linekar will only be available on Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

“We're thrilled to bring legendary footballers to FIFA 14 Ultimate Team on Xbox. Only on Xbox will you be able to terrorize defenses with a dream partnership of Messi with the legendary Pelé,” EA Sports VP Matt Bilbey said in the Gamescom announcement.

Each Legend will be randomly included in FIFA 14 Ultimate Team Gold Packs. Fans will be able to acquire addition Legends through the Transfer Market or by buying additional packs, of course. "Each legend will be available in packs for a limited time and at different times throughout the season," Microsoft noted in their announcement.

To prove that Microsoft is playing for keeps, all Day One editions of Xbox One in Europe will be bundled with a copy of FIFA 14. That deal won't be replicated Stateside, however.
