The popular manga and anime series Attack on Titan is getting its own 3DS game, developed by the studio behind Virtue's Last Reward and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. The popular series revolves around the titular Titans, giant creatures who regularly attack human towns to devour us like popcorn.

Siliconera reports that Spike Chunsoft is developing the game, and more details are forthcoming in the September 9 issue of Japanese magazine Kodansha's Bessatsu Shounen. Chunsoft is most known for dungeon crawls, so the emphasis on larger-than-life battles might be a shift for the developer.
