DanganRonpa will have you investigating murders in the awful school, searching for clues, befriending classmates and questioning them. Then you go to trial, where the naughty bear Monokuma is judge, jury and executioner, according to NIS. It has "a variety of timing and reflex-based" mini-games in the investigations, so you're not just selecting text.
It's developed by 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors creator Spike Chunsoft.
