When Microsoft announced the name of the Xbox One last week, it hadn't yet gotten all the angles settled. For one thing, it was missing domain names for the new console. With the reveal out of the way, it can tie up some loose ends.

Fusible reports that Microsoft has filed a complaint with the National Arbitration Forum to get the names XboxOne.com and XboxOne.net. Both are registered to a resident of the UK, and they're parked at GoDaddy without any content. XboxOne.com used to be an Xbox fansite

The report points out that Microsoft may have opted to avoid taking action earlier since that would reveal the name too soon. Now that it's out, the company can file a complaint and will probably be successful. It already disputed, and won, domains such as XboxMusic.com, XboxSports.com, and XboxVideo.com, in 2012.
