One of Splinter Cell's most popular modes is coming back in Blacklist. A new teaser video released by Ubisoft not only confirms the inclusion of the classic "spies vs. mercs" multiplayer mode for Blacklist, but promises additional details on May 2nd. Hey, that's only a week from now!
Co-op will also be returning to Blacklist. "We're making a much bigger single player story, co-op, spies vs mercs," creative director Maxime Béland told Joystiq. "And blurring the lines between all of these modes, I think, is going to make this a huge game."

I really hope they go back to the Chaos Theory style of SvM - that balance was nearly perfect (sans the bugs of course). They totally screwed everything up in Double Agent... Just be sure to have really good tutorials and maybe this thing, which happens to be the best multiplayer experience of my life, will start catching fire out there.
