Oh, look. Another indie game coming to PS Vita and PS3. After GDC, this is rather unsurprising. But, while PlayStation Network may have open arms for indie games, apparently it won't allow cuss words in the title.
So, woe is Stealth Bastard, a stealth-puzzle-platformer that originally released for free on PC. Originally described as "Metal Gear Solid meets Super Meat Boy," the game's original release was quite well-received by our Indie Jeff.
Curve Studios is taking less-profane title suggestions on its official website. Whoever creates the winning name will be award a spot in the credits, a copy of the game, and a PS Vita.
Given the bite-sized nature of each level (between 30 seconds to 10 minutes, according to the PlayStation.Blog), the game seems like an ideal fit for on-the-go gaming on Vita. And although the PlayStation Network version won't be free like its PC counterpart, due in part to the creation of a brand new engine for the game, it will be cross-buy when released.
