Actually critical reviews have been about even between the two, mainly because PES offers far more realistic and better actual soccer gameplay. In the end, you can toss all the pointless bells and whistles onto your game that you want but it still will come down to the actual, you know, gameplay - something that PES does far better than FIFA.
