It's the typical selection of in-game cinematic snippets, location-setting shots and slow-motion stabbings, only this time the music is by Diddy and Skylar Grey. That's the magic of television.

Assassin's Creed III is coming to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on October 30. The PC edition has been delayed, of course, but at least it won't use wacky always-online DRM.

Seriously, that song choice was god awful. Can't they just stick with something relevant to the time period, take something from their OST for Christ's sake.

I get what they were going for. In previous trailers, instead of using generic OST audio they've used electronic music that's Been in stark contrast to the setting but it's worked so well. Unfortunately it didn't work this time around.
