I gotta say, the graphics, animation and atmosphere in the Dead Space series has been seriously top notch.
Did I see "Universal Ammo" though? That's a huge change. -

SIGH, you know, I love the series but have been really hoping that it would evolve more towards the survival horror end of the spectrum (silent hill, let's say) and less towards OMG GEARS OF WAR SMASH.
In the end, revenue (mass audience preference) drives all decisions I suppose - hard to argue with that, who doesn't like money? -
