Modern Warfare 3 DLC available on PC in May
PC gamers can finally pay for Call of Duty DLC next month.
PC gamers have long felt like second-class citizens in the Call of Duty ecosystem. However, Modern Warfare 3 has proven those fears wrong--they're actually third class citizens. Neither paid or free forms of the Call of Duty Elite service are available for PC players--despite reassurances. And none of the post-release content has yet to arrive on PC.
Well, that finally changes next month, with the release of the first "Content Collection" on PC.
The Content Collection will be available on May 8th, and it will include four multiplayer maps and two Spec Ops missions. This includes content that was initially available for paying Elite subscribers on Xbox 360 in January. The compiled "Content Collection" was made available for all Xbox 360 owners in March and PS3 owners in April. Hope you PC gamers don't mind the wait.

Pretty sad considering the amount of money they make - I'm sure they could afford to pay some attention to the PC crowd.

Why bother? They've found that farming the console market will yield them better results than doing anything good for PC players.
What is really irritating is that they have at their disposal enough money to put together incredible development teams, but instead they're just trying to pump out as much CoD as they can because the reception is just to shovel out money for the latest popular multiplayer shooter. This is probably why they've had two dev teams playing tag with the franchise so they can cover ground year after year.
Instead of using the money to make CoD something incredible, they're just using it to just make money with putting in the smallest amount of effort possible. It's pathetic, and a waste of talent.-
And my question to you eorlas (no offense intended) is do you own it and play it? And if so, why do continue to support this garbage? Again, no offense to you, but its like the guys that complain about Madden year after year and yet still purchase and support the garbage. The developers are never going to get a clue until gamers start speaking with their money.

They aren't farming the console market so much as MS probably paid them to make it exclusive
